CRASH GAMES
Wave Crash Game and Other High-Cap Rounds
Crash games sit between slots and live tables — you watch a multiplier climb and cash out before it drops. Wave Crash Game is the headline title here; the mechanic is straightforward once you've seen one round. These are short-session games that work well on mobile, even on a slower data connection.

ACCOUNT SECURITY
How We Keep Your Account Safe
Account security at result4 runs on SSL-encrypted connections, OTP verification at login and withdrawal stages, and a wallet-match check that confirms your registered payment method before any funds move. We do not store full card numbers — deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay route through the wallet's own secure layer.
OTP at Every Login
A one-time password is sent to your registered number each time you log in. This single step blocks unauthorised access even if your password is compromised — no extra app required.
Withdrawal Wallet Match
Before processing any withdrawal, we verify that the destination account matches the wallet used to deposit. This step prevents misdirected transfers and keeps your RM balance going to the right place.
SSL on Every Page
Every page you visit on result4 is served over SSL. Your session data, account details and payment actions are encrypted end-to-end — visible in the padlock icon in your browser bar.
Account Verification Step
New accounts go through a brief verification before the first withdrawal. Submit your IC number and wallet details once — after that, withdrawals process through the normal queue without repeat checks.
FAIR PLAY STANDARDS
How Game Outcomes Work on result4
Every slot and table game in the lobby runs on certified random number generation from the studio that built it — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution and others each maintain their own audit programmes. We do not modify game logic. RTP values are displayed inside the game panel where the provider publishes them; if a title does not show RTP, that figure has not been released by the studio.
Studio-Certified RNG
Random outcomes on every spin or hand are generated by the originating studio, not by result4. Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and Evolution each hold independent certifications for their own game engines.
RTP Where Published
We show RTP only where the provider exposes it in the game data. Check the info icon inside each game — if no figure appears, the studio has not released that number publicly.
No Altered Odds
result4 does not adjust game odds between sessions. The house edge on every title is set by the studio and remains consistent whether you play at peak hours or off-peak.
Transparent Payout Path
Withdrawals route back to the same wallet used to deposit — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay — after the wallet-match verification step clears. We aim to process requests within the same working session.
SUPPORT AND ACCESS
Getting Help When You Need It
Live chat is the fastest route to our support team — open it from the help icon in the bottom corner of any page, including on mobile. For account or payment queries that need documentation, our email channel handles those with a written record attached. We respond in English and the experience is built around Malaysia account holders.
Live Chat Support
Reach the support team directly through live chat without leaving the lobby. It opens in a side panel on both desktop and mobile — no need to navigate away from your game or the account settings page.
Email for Account Issues
Complex account or withdrawal queries are better handled by email — you get a written record of the exchange and our team can attach verification steps or screenshots where needed.
Malaysia English Support
Our support team handles queries in Malaysian English. You don't need to re-explain local payment context — they know how Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay transfers work from your side.
Help on Mobile
The help icon stays pinned at the bottom of the screen on mobile browsers, so you can open a chat mid-session without switching apps or losing your place in the lobby.
LOCAL PAYMENT METHODS
Deposit and Withdraw with Malaysian Wallets
Deposits on result4 clear through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX online banking — all the rails Malaysia account holders already use day to day. Open your wallet app, enter the amount shown, confirm with your PIN and the credit appears in your lobby balance. Withdrawals follow the same wallet path: amount requested, wallet-match verified, funds dispatched. Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks cover those who prefer direct bank transfers.
Touch 'n Go eWallet
Send from your TNG eWallet balance directly — open the app, transfer to the account number shown in the deposit screen, confirm with your PIN. Credit appears in your result4 wallet once the transfer clears.
Boost
Boost wallet deposits follow the same flow as TNG — amount in, PIN confirm, balance updated. Withdrawals back to Boost use the same account number registered at sign-up.
GrabPay
GrabPay is linked from the payment screen — select it, enter your amount and approve inside the Grab app. No card details required; the transfer routes through GrabPay's own security layer.
DuitNow
DuitNow transfers work via your mobile banking app using the DuitNow QR or account number displayed at checkout. Supported across most Malaysian banks and processes quickly on business-hour transfers.
FPX Online Banking
FPX connects directly to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB and other major Malaysia banks. Choose your bank at the payment screen, log in and authorise — funds move from your account to your lobby wallet.
